Vendor Page
We’re excited to introduce the new Vendor Page, a dedicated space for managing and monitoring your vendors. This new feature brings together critical insights and tools to help you assess and mitigate vendor-related risks efficiently. Here’s what you’ll find on the Vendor Page:
- Trust Score Overview: Each vendor is assigned a trust score that indicates their risk level based on our system’s detections and analysis.
- Summarized Statistics: Key metrics at the top of the page, providing an at-a-glance view of vendor activity, performance, and risk trends.
- Detailed Vendor Insights: Organized into tabs—Overview, Payments, Invoices, Emails, and Files—you can easily dive deeper into a vendor’s financial transactions, correspondence, and uploaded files. NOTE: all tabs will gradually be rolled out in the upcoming weeks
- Risk Mitigation: View detailed reasons behind a vendor’s trust score and take informed action to address potential risks.
The Vendor Page is designed to give you greater visibility and control over your vendor ecosystem, enabling you to make data-driven decisions and improve financial security.
How to access the Vendor page? in each of the modules (Supply Chain, Payments, Invoices) click on any row. When the side panel opens, you will see the Vendor's name is clickable. Clicking on the title will open the Vendor page in a new tab

Usability Improvements
Improved Contact Details & Financial Details Validation
We’ve enhanced the portal to improve visibility into validation statuses for contact and payment details. These updates offer greater transparency into how fields are validated and grouped, helping finance practitioners assess trustworthiness and make informed decisions. Trustmi can now also apply and weigh validations more effectively across workflows.
Improved Grouping of Details:
- Payment and contact details are now displayed in logical groups for better readability, including:
- Bank Name, Bank Code, Branch Code, Address
- Beneficiary Name, Account Number, Routing Number
- Swift, IBAN
- ACH Details
Validation Indicators:
Each field now clearly shows its validation status:
Trust Network Checkmark: Indicates the field has been seen in our Trust Network.
MFA Icon: Indicates the field (phone or email) was verified using multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Third-Party Validation Icon: Indicates validation via third-party services (e.g., Penny Drop).
- Tooltip Details: Provides additional context, including:
- When the field was added or validated.
- Validation method details (e.g., MFA or third-party).
- Risk-related information if applicable (coming soon).
Header Group Indications:
Trusted: Shown if one or more fields in a group have been validated.
Risky: Will be shown if any field in the group is marked as risky (future update).
- Neutral: No indication if no fields in the group are validated.
Improve "Deselect All" Functionality in Table Column Selection
We’ve updated the "Deselect All" option in the column selection menu for Payments, Invoices, and Vendors tables to better meet user expectations:
- Enhanced Usability: "Deselect All" now unselects all optional columns while ensuring mandatory columns (e.g., Vendor Name, Trust Score) remain visible.
- Mandatory Columns: Key fields like Vendor Name, Trust Score, and unique identifiers are fixed and cannot be deselected to ensure critical information is always accessible.
- Separate Reset Option: A new "Reset to Default" button allows users to restore baseline configurations without affecting the "Deselect All" behavior.
These changes provide greater control over table customization while maintaining clarity and essential data visibility.
Coming Soon: Alerts Page
We’re excited to unveil the new Alerts Page, designed to help you quickly identify and address potential issues in payments, vendors, and invoices. This dedicated space centralizes critical insights, making it easier than ever to mitigate risks and maintain control.

- Centralized Alert Management: View all alerts related to payments, vendors, and invoices in one place.
- Risk Prioritization: Alerts are categorized by severity, helping you focus on the most critical issues first.
